In 2005 I moved across the Atlantic Ocean to live in Vienna Austria working for Rockstar Games on Max Payne 3. Unfortunately the studio was shut down two years after I started. The image shown here was a joke game loading screen I created for one of our milestone reviews. The joke title was "Ma Payne."
I began work as a Senior Level Designer responsible for an entire area of the game. Due to the small size of the team I also helped out building models of vehicles and other architectural elements.
It wasn't long after I arrived that I realized we did not have anyone leading the enemy AI deisgn so I created and filled the AI Lead Designer position where I worked hand in hand with a programmer and animator to build out the world of enemies Max would encounter.
